Book Your Free Intake

At Allround CrossFit we start with a conversation and a short personal training. We will take an hour to get to know you and discuss your goals, eating habits, training background and injury history.

After this meeting, we will do a short training in which we gain good insight into the way you move. We look at your mobility, strength and condition. In short: our intake is very personal and we always make sure that we tailor it to your athletic skills and wishes. This intake is completely free.

At the end of our intake we discuss how to start in our box. Usually, we advise our new members to take a couple sessions of private coaching before they start our CrossFit classes. During these private coaching sessions, we guide you through the fundamental movements in CrossFit. After these sessions you are ready to start with our group classes!
